Sales Events & Trips Management
Responsible to identify, negotiate and finalise external vendors to organize events and trips as per company internal policies within approved budgets and timelines.
Plan and Organise sales incentive / study trips both local and foreign for sales teams, partners and other attendees
Plan and Organize all sales events like Kick-offs, Mid-year review, Engagements meetings etc. for both agency and bancas channel within approved budgets and timelines
Engage with sales leaders including BSDs, TDs, RSMs, RDs, ADMs to take inputs / feedback on events and trips locations, agenda and pro-actively co-ordinate on the ground to ensure smooth implementation.
Support sales teams to organize claim events, customer GPs / seminars for both agency and banca channel
Design and implement the annual events and trips calendar for Sales and implement as per timelines for both agency and Banca channel
Distribution Internal communication:
Responsible for design, content creatio & development and publish Monthly and quarterly Newsletters to bank, internal bancas and agency channel within agreed timelines and across platforms like emails, FB etc
Lead Distribution Internal Communications to enforce distribution culture and engagement, update of the new policies, procedure, sales incentives, event, sales kit, promote partnership.
Responsible for handling all communication/ Complaints received from BIDV branches and Co-ordinate with other functions to prepare the proper response to bank’s concerns/complaint related to Distribution within agreed SLA
PIC for updating the Sales Hall of Fame in both Hanoi & HCMC office across Agency and Bancas channel as per agreed timelines in the events calendar
Manage the social media like FB , zalo for distribution including increasing the membership and addressing issues raised by sales teams on these media
Initiating ideas/campaigns for internal communication channels including emails, social media and other internal platforms to increase interaction and awareness between salesforce and corporate on key initiatives and focus area.
POSM management
Maintain proper record of quantity of POSM, brochures, marketing collaterals created, distributed and used by the sales teams across channels.
Coordinate with OP, Sales & vendor partner to ensure inventory management including following the POSM policy of the company
Undertake other tasks/ assignments from CDO from time to time
Contact point for creative idea & material development for POSMs ( brochures, one pagers, standees, posters , banners etc ) for both Bancas and Agency channels.
Co-ordinate with channel heads BSDs, RSMs, TDs , ADMs for the requirement of marketing materials,POSM etc. across BIDV branches and Agency offices.
Conduct market research on events / trips and gather information / market intelligence to improve
Prepare and present the monthly Sales events and internal communication report to CDO
Responsible for managing BML signages for BIDV branches as per request from sales teams
Coordinate with DS Department on handling the gifts and vouchers for customer promotion programs.
