Talent Acquisition
• Manage the end- to- end recruitment process: sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting behavioral and competency- based interviews, advising on selection decisions, preparing salary proposals and job offers, ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
• Work closely with the team to develop and execute recruitment strategies and sourcing plans, focusing on building a strong talent pipeline and supporting mass hiring for new project launches across the country.
Employer Branding
• Manage all external Talent Acquisition communications, including job advertisements, employer branding campaigns, the Management Trainee (MT) program, to maintain a professional image and positive perception among target audiences.
• Stay updated on employer branding trends and recommend initiatives to strengthen DSC Vietnam’s long- term employer brand strategy.
TA/HR Projects
• Align with the regional team in rolling out resourcing initiatives and projects to enhance local recruitment effectiveness and efficiency.
• Support company events, employee engagement activities and other tasks assigned by line manager.
Reporting and Analytics
• Maintain and update the Talent Acquisition dashboard to support regional data requirements and reflect resourcing KPIs, ensuring continuous improvement in recruitment processes.
