Work with superior on manpower planning and management needs.
Analyse current and competitor marketing trends, coordinate all marketing activities to maintain and increase revenue through added business volume and increased rate.
Assists Manager/ Director to oversee and manager all aspects of the Marketing activities. Responsibilities include overseeing the planning and development of promotional strategies and marketing and public relations plans; oversee and assist with the development and implementation of the sales and marketing plan; reporting on effectiveness of the plan.
Build profile within local market place through attendance at various events and local market place.
Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time
Work with superior in the preparation and management of the Department’s budget.
Strategize, develop, execute and regularly review marketing and public relations plan to different market needs to drive hotel revenue and awareness of the hotel to ensure the revenue plan objectives are achieved.
Produce the Annual Marketing Budgets, Forecasts and Plan.
Be responsible in keeping our property safe and secure, to participate in any hotel activity related to Fire Life safety.
Evaluate marketing and public relations activities to ensure effectiveness of each campaign and budget optimization.
Maintain hotel photo file.
Liaise with Human Resource Director on matters affecting corporate image.
Oversee the development of new marketing strategies.
Maintain mailing list/contact file.
Co- ordinate hotel photography when required.
Monitor awareness of competitor activities and use information when developing strategies.
Plan and coordinate sponsorship activities.

Required Skills:
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
• Basic knowledge of Illustrator and PhotoShop.
• Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
• Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
• Good Communication and writing skills
Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
Experience:
• 3 years of relevant experience or similar supervisory role, or an equivalent combination of education and work- related experience
