Assistant Merchandiser [Contract 6 month]

• Receive, analyze the customer&039;s requirement about products: technical document, samples, and coordinate with relevant departments.
• Follow up closely the communication, documents, and updated information of products & customer&039;s requirements.
• To follow- up T & A on a regular basis to ensure all sample approvals are done timely.
• Provide advice and suggestions on product design to facilitate cost- saving and enhance product sale.
• Create and enhance long- term business relationships with customers to maximize business growth and opportunities.
• Manage sample orders with vendors, customers, and internal parties to ensure ontime sample delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to feedback, solve the customer&039;s complaint, concerns related to sample quality.
• Coordinated with technical, pattern team and production teams to delivery timely support to planned campaigns.
• Responsibility for research and development stage
• Work directly with customer and solve t issues which related to sample development, quality, delivery.
• Check & make quotation, submit to manager for approval.
• Other tasks as required by Manager.

Experience on ERP is an advantage.
Sales- focus, results- oriented, and a good team player who can work in a fast- paced environment.
Good at communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Good at English
Experienced in fabric/trim sourcing is an advantage.
Open to fresher
