Assistant Outlet Manager

Conduct regular staff training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene
Analyse sales data and guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and timely manner
Manage inventory, control costs, and optimise operational efficiency across all outlets
Participate in budgeting and financial planning processes for the F&B department
Collaborate with the culinary team to develop innovative menu offerings and promotional activities
Lead and inspire a team of food and beverage professionals, fostering a collaborative and customer- focused environment
Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability whilst maintaining guest satisfaction
Oversee the daily operations of multiple food and beverage outlets, ensuring high standards of service and product quality

Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, cost control, and inventory management
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, staff, and stakeholders at all levels
Proficiency in using point of sale systems and Microsoft Office applications
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast- paced environment
Familiarity with Vietnamese culture and cuisine is a plus
Food safety certification is desirable
Fluency in English required; knowledge of Vietnamese or other languages would be advantageous
Proven track record of successfully managing multiple outlets and driving business growth
Minimum of 5 years&039; experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort setting
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high- performing team
University degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
Analytical mindset with strong problem- solving abilities and attention to detail
