Assistant Outlet Manager / Outlet Manager

Gather guest feedback and report to the Social Club Restaurant & Bar Manager
Monitor and control the cleanliness of both front and back of the house service stations
Check all operations set up
Ensure proper atmosphere of Social Club according to the time of the day (music, lighting, aromas, temperature…)
Ensure good communication between kitchen and Social Club and Pool service team
Develop customer loyalty and recognition
Know and ensure full follow up on the MGallery brand standards
All employees are required to comply with every reasonable request from their hierarchical supervisor(s) within an amount of time that it takes to comply under normal circumstances.
Handle and follow up on any guests complaints and report to Social Club Restaurant & Bar Manager
Ensure proper organization of all service areas
Ensure guest satisfaction at all times
All employees may be assigned to other duties in the hotel as and when required by business levels.

Guest Service Responsibilities
Manage the entire Social Club and Pool team
Ensure an extremely detailed service
Follow up that all given training are fully followed by the staff
Introduce and up sell any special events / promotions
Check overall conditions of the Social Club Rooftop Bar and Pool
Ensure efficient sequence of service
Work hard to satisfy any guest requests

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
2- year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major.
Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Service charge
Attractive Salary + 13th month salary
Uniform and meal will be provided by Hotel
