Assistant Restaurant Manager

Support Restaurant Manager (RM):

Assignment and supervision of the cleaning process, preparation and set- up of employees – ensuring that the quality of service of the restaurant
Dispatch staff to support the work of other departments and areas when requested
Report daily work activities to RM..
Support all reporting, analysis for RM (COL, COS, P&L report,...)
Ability to work under high pressure, ability to handle and quickly resolve situations when arising.

Agility, enthusiasm, high responsibility at work.
Experience: At least 2 years&039; experience in equivalent position, College&039;s degree
Range of age: from 25
Conflict and problems solving skill with real people and situations.
Ability to communicate confidently and clearly in English.
Teamwork.
Time working: Full time – 8 hours

Mode seniority allowances according to the working time.
12 days’ annual leave
Salary increase assessment carried out twice a year.
Salary: Negotiable salary according to ability (9 – 11M) + service charge (tip, target,...)
Bonus for Public holidays and 13th, 14th month salary
