Assistant Restaurant Manager (Chinese Restaurant)

An Outlet Assistant Manager serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our guests and working with other team members. To successfully fill this role you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:

• Undertake any reasonable additional tasks as assigned by the Food and Beverage Operations Manager to ensure the overall success of F&B department.

• Proficiency preferred with computers and computer programs, including Microsoft Office
• Methodical and well organized
• Excellent attention to details
• Experience in working with operation reports, POS system and cashier reports.
• Support other F&B operations outside of assigned outlet when required.
• Accountable and resilient
• Good communication skills, fluent in Vietnamese and English

• Familiar with Property Management Systems
• Fluent and understand how to serve high- end & luxury customers
• Work experienced in the hotel Chinese restaurant or well- known fine dining Chinese restaurant are preferable.
• 5 star hotel or fine dining Chinese restaurant
