Mô tả công việc

Administration

• Prepare all needed Micros request and submit it to Social Club Restaurant & Bar Manager for signature
• Monitor all Voids issued in the Social Club and Pool area
• Control and record all Void made in the Social Club and in pool area
• Control and acknowledge all store requisitions before sending it to Social Club Restaurant & Bar Manager for signature
• Conduct briefing before each service and communicate on all out of stock items
• Complete the weekly cleaning plan
• Complete the weekly grooming check list
• Control all equipment in the Social Club to ensure full Par Stocks
• Conduct the yearly assessment of the Social Club team in an objective way
• Conduct Monthly Assessments of the Supervisors
• Ensure that there is enough equipment to ensure smooth operations , any missing equipment must be reported to Social Club Restaurant & Bar Manager
• Control and acknowledge all purchase requests before sending it to Social Club Restaurant & Bar Manager for signature
• Complete and submit the weekly Social Club team schedule
• Submit vacation plan and application for leave to Social Club Restaurant & Bar Manager
• Issue and follow up on all needed maintenance requests
• Follow up on the implementation of any promotion / special event
• Conduct monthly cutlery inventory with assistance from the stewarding team
• Issue Micros Card request
• Control the daily Social Club revenue (logbook vs Income Auditor daily revenue report) and correct it in case of mistake
• Keep the Social Club guests database updated and accurate
• Issue the monthly training plan to Social Club Restaurant & Bar Manager
• Ensure communication and introduction of all FB promotions to Front Office and Call Centre
• Complete the daily log book with operation details
• Conduct monthly linen inventory
• Communicate to Social Club Restaurant & Bar Manager any areas of concerns
• Complete the daily acknowledgement form
Financial and Revenue Responsibilities
• Monitor the cost linked to the operation
• Is active and work hard to reach the budget by using upselling techniques
• Communicate the financial target (budget) to the team
Training and Human Resources Management
• Establishes effective employee relations and maintains the highest level of professionalism, ethic and attitude towards all hotel guests, clients, heads of department and employees
• Develop trainings in accordance to the operational needs
• Train the team on a regular basis and in accordance to the training plan
• Complete all staff requisition forms and submit to Social Club Restaurant & Bar Manager for signature at least 2 weeks prior the actual date staff is needed
• Give regular positive and negative feedbacks to each team member in a constructive way
• Issue training checklist for all training given
Guest Service Responsibilities
• Ensure guest satisfaction at all times
• Gather guest feedback and report to the Social Club Restaurant & Bar Manager
• Develop customer loyalty and recognition
• Work hard to satisfy any guest requests
• Introduce and up sell any special events / promotions
Operational Responsibilities
• Ensure proper atmosphere of Social Club according to the time of the day (music, lighting, aromas, temperature…)
• Ensure proper organization of all service areas
• Check overall conditions of the Social Club Rooftop Bar and Pool
• Monitor and control the cleanliness of both front and back of the house service stations
• Ensure an extremely detailed service
• Manage the entire Social Club and Pool team
• Know and ensure full follow up on the MGallery brand standards
• Ensure good communication between kitchen and Social Club and Pool service team
• Ensure smooth and efficient service at all times
• Follow up that all given training are fully followed by the staff
• Handle and follow up on any guests complaints and report to Social Club Restaurant & Bar Manager
• Check all operations set up
• Ensure efficient sequence of service
Meetings to attend / lead
• Attend monthly promotional meeting
• Attend the weekly pre con meeting
• Attend the monthly F&B managers meeting
• Attend or lead the daily Social Club briefings
• Attend the monthly F&B team meeting
Miscellaneous
• All employees may be assigned to other duties in the hotel as and when required by business levels.
• All employees are required to comply with every reasonable request from their hierarchical supervisor(s) within an amount of time that it takes to comply under normal circumstances.

Yêu cầu công việc

3 years related experience, including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Diploma in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or related field.
Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
Leadership Skills
Good writing skills
Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local government agency.
Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
