Assistant Risk Management Manager

Develop Risk Management Activities

Develop annual Risk Management Plan in a manner that fulfills the mission and strategic goals of the organization.

Implement Risk Assessment Process

Follow up on other departments’ action plans to ensure identified risks are mitigated.
Develop and maintain Risk Control Matrix.
Summary risk assessment results, provide appropriate recommendations to mitigate risks and report to top management.
Lead, facilitate and advice other departments in performing risk assessment within their own departments.

Build/ Maintain Risk Management System

Guild other departments in building SOPs to ensure compliance with company regulations.
Upload SOPs into Intranet in time.

Others

Efficiently cost management (compare budget cost)
Support and guide other departments/ business units in performing risk management activities.
Support Compliance department for fraud investigation (if any)
Participate ad hoc task force as required (e.g., software, specific assignment etc.,)
Prepare relating risk management report
Effectively manage actual time (compare budget time)
Develop and review risk management SOPs regularly.
Provide education and communication relating to risk management when assigned to enhance employees’ awareness

Ability to demonstrate a professional and objective perspective at all
A demonstrated knowledge of risk management, internal controls; relating practices or standards (ISO 31000, COSO…)
Experience in risk management, internal controls, writing internal policies and procedures, process evaluation and documentation.
Ability to address issues and effect change;
Foreign Language: Good at English communication in both speaking and writing
CIA, CFE is a plus;
Education Level: Bachelor&039;s degree, major in auditing/ accounting/ finance.
2+ year experience in the same position
