Assistant Sales Manager - 2 Vacancies (Japanese & English Speaker )& (Korean & English Speaker)

Our client is a 100% Japanese capital manufacturing company, located in Thang Long I Industrial Park.
Due to production need, We are now looking for 02 Assistant Sales Manager with attractive salary and benefit:
1) Candidate speaking Japanese - English (welcome both Vietnamese and Japanese)
2) Candidate speaking Korean - English (welcome both Vietnamese and Korean)
*** JOB PURPOSE:
1. Support General Manger in sales & marketing activities in Vietnam
2. Control documentary and filing system for sales department
3. Prepare estimation, contracts, reports.
*** JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Sales order
•Maintain existing customers and expand new customers.
•Prepare visit plans and visit report.
•Approach & present information to customers about the company’s products and services.
•Prepare and submit quotation to customer.
•Maintain and create relationships with customers.
•Survey market and report to superior.
2. Profit Awareness
•Maintain order gross profit as assigned.
•Negotiate with customer on price and service to achieve gross profit.
3. Customer Satisfaction
•Take care customer.
•Response to customer complaints and comments.
•Keep on time appointment.
•Coordinate and communicate correct customer’s inquiry to engineering department.

- Bachelor degree in environmental, chemical engineering, mechanical or electrical engineering
- Experience in the related position
- Understanding of project procedure
- Experience in water and wastewater treatment.
- Good command of English/Japanese or Korean/ English
