Assistant Sales Manager

- Prepare company contracts for the hotel in accordance with current business and pricing conditions
- Answer customer queries in a prompt and professional manner
- Maintain BEO (banquet event order) paperwork for each booking
- Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads
- Assist the Head of department with recruiting, managing, training and developing the Team Members
- Determine sales goals
- Attend Sales events, as required
- Carry out any other reasonable tasks set by the Hotel&039;s Management
- Cooperate with other departments in the hotel to create an exceptional Guest experience and build strong, comprehensive sales programs
- Work within current business strategies and recognize potential opportunities
- Attend training and meetings when required.
- Work with the marketing team to develop promotional materials
- Manage (and fill) our events calendar
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Recognize and execute opportunities for Mikazuki hotel as well as other hotel incentives programmers
- Produce accurate and timely reports that meet the needs of Director of Sales and senior management, including appointments, calls made and business leads

- Minimum 2 years wedding/catering sales experience in a high- end venue and/or full- service hotel/resort
