ENSURE THE ACHIEVEMENT OF PERSONAL TARGET AS WELL AS TEAM TARGET
Responsible for the banquet revenue, the groups and FIT wholesales , corporate forecast figures in every next 3 months weekly and monthly.
Ensures all documents produced by the Sales Department (i.e. GI, BEO, contracts, rooming lists, proposals) are completed accurately and on time.
Ensuring that pre- and post- resumes of the groups are distributed to the proper departments and that pre- and post- conferences with the customer and staffs take place where appropriate in collaboration with the events management team.
Handling all activities related to site inspections, as well as after departure to follow thoroughly.
Achieving and developing rapport with the local tour operators, airlines and destination management companies, corporate companies through personal association and calling or visiting them on a planned and scheduled basis.
Assisting to prepare the market analysis, sales goals, special programs, and other special reports for hotel management.
Propose the pricing strategies regarding your specific segment
Organize business entertainment to all business partners in Côn Đảo to include: luncheons, dinners, cocktails to know the client and give them confidence in the Hotel Management team introduce the General Manager whenever possible and the Director of Sales (DOS) and the Director of Sales and Marketing (DOSM).
Coordinates necessary arrangements with operation departments relating to sales and group details.
Achieve sales objectives and goals as set by the management.
Monitor monthly results and performance of in- charge accounts. Explain ups and downs of their production performance.
Ensuring that the sales system contains guest profiles, company profiles and all relevant information including the call reports.
Submitting sales call reports weekly and monthly with total number of sales calls, past month activities, production against budget and targets, top twenty accounts, any competitor information, upcoming projects, entertainment report and taxi report.
Fully participate in the sales meeting and sales briefings, be proactive and solve problems if needed.
Participate on the networking event organized by all kind of Chambers, Business Associations, Expat Communities, Exhibitions, Famil trips.
