Assistant Sales Manager (Hà Nội Office)

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Assistant Sales Manager at Meliá Ba Vì Mountain Retreat. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the success of our esteemed resort and be an integral part of our dynamic sales team.
Responsibilities:

Work closely with the events team to coordinate and facilitate group bookings and special events.
Assist in the development and execution of effective sales strategies.
Provide support in day- to- day sales operations and strategic planning.
Contribute to the overall growth and profitability of Meliá Ba Vì Mountain Retreat.
Collaborate closely with the DOS/Sales Manager to achieve revenue goals and sales targets.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

Passion for sales and a customer- service mindset.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Able to conduct on- site visits as needed.
Degree in Sales/Business Administration/Hospitality or a related field.
