Purpose of the position:
The Assistant Sales Manager will assist Sales Manager in developing sales plans, managing pipeline/orders and customer relationships to achieve sales and profit margin targets, while ensuring customer experience, contract compliance and smooth coordination with Operations/QA/Logistics/Finance.
Main Responsibilities:
Assess & analyze market opportunities
• Analyze the Company&039;s development trends and market trends to forecast business situation.
• Monitor cashew market trends, competitor activities, and pricing fluctuations
• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual market analysis reports, and propose sales plan accordingly.
Assist managing Customer Relationship
to enhance client satisfaction, foster long- term partnerships, and increase customer retention.
• Customer Master Data Management
• Track and analyse customer retention rates, repeat purchase frequency, and overall customer satisfaction.
Assist managing Sales Operations through sales channels (Domestics & International) to meet the Company&039;s strategic business goals.
• Sales Order Management & Execution
• Sales Performance Monitoring & Reporting
• Analyse revenue growth by region, customer type, and product category.
• Research and identify potential customer: CK export sales, CK domestic sales, by- products domestic sales, matching with our sales strategy, our goods quality and origin conditions.
• Negotiate and propose sales deals for closure.
• Regular travelling to the warehouses to verify stock quality and interact directly with domestic buyers and internal teams during buyers’ quality inspections at warehouses
• Manage customer complaints and product recalls
• Check Compliance with customs regulations, destination country requirements, and export permits.
Coordinate with relevant Departments/partners to effectively implement business activities and to ensure sales efforts are aligned with overall business objectives
• Coordinate with warehouse, quality, production and logistics teams to align product availability to propose sales plan.
• Coordinate in making marketing materials, trade fair application, preparation.
Manage risks, controls and compliance with applicable policies and laws
