Assistant Spa Manager

- Assists spa manager to carry out work.
- Must possess outstanding guest service skills, professional presentation and sophisticated ver- bal and written communication skills
- Proficient in English language (verbal and written) with a second or third language as an asset
- Minimum of two- year experience in management position in a spa or related field
- Must have the ability to handle cash effectively and accurately with basic accounting
- Must be able to handle a multitude of tasks in an intense, ever changing environment
- Must be guest- oriented, have a vibrant personality, and radiate enthusiasm to assist people
- Computer literacy in Windows, MS Office Suite, Fidelio PMS system, Spa Soft, and Micros is recommended
- Must be flexible in terms of working hours, and able to work with little or no supervision
- Training therapists and receptionists’ work skills regularly.

- Required: Leader ship, management skill, relationship and owner ship
- Minimum intermediate graduate or similar tourism or customer service education.
- Fluent in English (verbal, written, read, listening and translation), additional languages preferred
- Good communication and strong customer service skills
- Minimum 2 year work experiences in similar field. (or have personal development plan if promoting)
