Assistant to Chief Accountant

Other responsibilities as per assignment of superiors
Foresee any issues that may become urgent and set preventive actions
Closely maintains and monitors the fixed assets system
Report, analyze and ensure the integrity of all financial information
Close the accounting book and prepare financial statements
Work with both internal and external auditors during financial and operational audits
Maintain the system of accounts and keep records of all company transactions and assets
Supervise activities of accounting Department and internal matters
Coordinate monthly closing process and reconciliation of General Ledger accounts

Age from 30 years old.
At least 5- year experience in the field of Accounting and at least 3- year experience in a similar position
Microsoft office especially Excel, Powerpoint.
Good knowledge about taxation (Referable)
A Bachelor&039;s degree or higher level with a major in Finance and Accounting or related fields.
Good command of English.
Analytic skills, strategic thinking; Self- motivated & organization, Management and Communication skill.
Working Location: Red Bull (Vietnam), Ha Noi Highway, Binh Thang Ward, Di An City, Binh Duong Province
