Administration
Attend, transcribe and distribute minutes, and participate in staff meetings, executive committee meeting and department meetings as needed.
Maintain confidentiality and security of employee / hotel and property records, files, and information.
Assist Director of Operation in preparation of various reports and presentations.
Maintain giveaway/donation files and assists in making reservations.
Create and maintain filing systems.
Assist with the design and preparation of statistical reports as needed.
Communications and Relations
Working with other people to gather the information necessary to manage projects, achieve goals, and resolve problems.
Inform management of issues related to employee relations within the division or property.
Ensure VIP amenity requests from Director of Operations are handled in timely manner.
Respond to questions, requests, and concerns from employees and management regarding company programs, policies and guidelines.
Create contracts as required.
Analyse information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
Inform and/or update the executives, the peers and the subordinates on relevant information in a timely manner.
Policies and Procedures
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary materials and information where applicable.
Protect the privacy and security of guests and coworkers.
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
Follow company and department policies and procedures.
Quality Assurance/Quality Improvement
Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
Assists Management
Prepare and review written documents (e.g., daily logs, business letters, memoranda, reports), including proofreading and editing written information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Assist management in screening CV’s, conducting interviews and selecting new hourly hires using selection tools and systems.
Assist management in the overall planning, preparation and delivery of training and recording employee attendance.
