Assistant to National Sales Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:

To provide partner support in escalated situations and managing the overall workflow of a workplace.
Support ongoing learning and development of team members.
Schedule and coordinate meetings with KAM/ASM/Partners/Internal Department
Help create and foster a respectful and inclusive team environment.
To be responsible for implementing workflow procedures based on direction from NSM

Main Tasks:

To consolidate with National Sales Manager to Develop strategies for better workplace efficiency and goal achievement
Fill in for National Sales Manager in times of absence. Make executive decisions, hold meetings and provide accountability.
Data management for Sales Channel in FMCG
Conduct periodic Business Reviews for each partner.

Excellent verbal communication, the ability to convey important information clearly and effectively – fluent in English all skills.
College or University graduate majoring in Economics, Business Administration, ... or related majors
Likable by most and able to motivate others.
Great listening skills and able to take direction from individuals in higher- level position
Confident, proactive and willing to take on workplace challenges
Excellent time management
Quick decision- making and problem- solving abilities
Excellent delegator and mediator
Have at least 1 – 2 years of experience in a similar position.
