***Strategy Development & Business Planning:
- Together with sale team to fianlize sale target yearly/quarterly/monthly
- Control total cost budget for channels incharge: expense forecast , promotion activity target, POSM/display/contract target,…
- Develop plan to implement trade promotion schemes and push activities in Channels in charge
- Play an important role in the development of Channel, AKABAN and POP strategy & annual CBP
- Develop channel annual Master plan for channels in charge, and set up customer collaboration plan
***Sales Operation Management:
- Responsible in the preparation and presentation of sale team/customer collaboration activity performance report
- Responsible for the presentation of CBP/Distributors/Key customer meeting and reviews
- Coordinate with MKT in implement MKT activities in market incharge
- Coordinate with other function (BP, SCM, LOG, Finance,…) to ensure budget management, trade activities implementation
- Drive all MKT/Trade promotion activities for sale team through monthly POP plan/meeting
***Sales and Cost Monitoring and Evaluation:
- Responsible in the evaluation of MKT/Trade promotional activities
- Involve in reporting sales target achievement, trade activities ressult in monthly Co. meeting
- Responsible in the management of Sales contribution Profit.
- Manage and review Trade expense to ensure cost optimization
***Communication:
- Responsible for all communication and information with RSM/ASM in terms of trade activity KPI/KPT,implementation & achievement
- Ensure clear and timely communication of all business related matter between MKT, BP, SCM, LOG, IT team,… and sales team
- Responsible for all trade communication and information exchange with Distributor- MKT, TMK, LOG, Finance,…
***Standing Meeting:
- Participate in monthly DS meeting, NA ASM meeting, NA SS Meeting
- Participate in Selling program meeting, Sales&TMK meeting and Company Announcement meetings
***Training:
- Propose w/ upper Manager and HR Manager about training course for team members
- Conduct competency assessment and performance appraisal twice a year
- Conduct on- the- job training, coaching team members to improve their skills
- Create the effective process for smooth operation within team and with other Department
