Assistant Trade Mkt

ROLE:
To develop, establish and manage the sales strategy process, including the generation of brand/ sales strategies, channel strategies and category reviews.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for searching and evaluating outsourcing that is fit in budget/ requirement for specific project.
Support to TMK Manager in controlling A&P budget spending for assigned projects and provide the accurate budget spending report when required.
Make monthly & quarterly report relevant to channel
Manage and co- ordinate internal & external communication to ensure accomplishing the assigned works within planned schedule.
Co- ordinate with brands and sales departments in organizing nationwide promotion and event.
Assist TMK Manager in creating idea, concept, for assigned projects in special occasion of the year in order to maximize brand exposure.
Plan, execute and conduct activities to strengthen brand image throughout BTL activities to ensure the brand image visually.
Responsible for new channel development in order to expand brands coverage. Propose improvement for these new channels every- year.
Provide ad- hoc assistance when required

Good communication and influencing skills.
University graduated.
Good command of written and spoken English and computer skills.
At least 2 years&039; experience in Trade Marketing,
Strong sense of creativity and adaptability in dealing with a diverse work environment
Proactive, teamwork, highly motivated to work and deliver through the team.
