Assistant Treasury Manager

· Responsible for checking sales/ fund collection from inter- companies and customers.
· Prepare daily cash report and treasury report (prepayment, loan interest and loan repayment schedule)
· Support Treasury Manager in maintaining banking relationships with local and international banks
· Prepare treasury data and bank balance confirmations as requirements from internal and external audit.
· Maintain timely and accurate transaction data in SAP system.
· Review and manage the treasury master data related to the list of authorized bank signatories quarterly to comply with internal audit requirements.
· Support and verify FX transaction, Corporate Guarantee, Bank Facility, …
· Perform cash bank reconciliation to ensure the bank statement is matched with SAP system as monthly schedule.
· Support Treasury Manager in setting up the bank facilities to align with Corporate Finance.
· Other tasks assigned by the Treasury Manager
· Control cash management by maintaining the minimum balance at the end of month.
· Manage the operation of bank accounts, internet banking list of users/authorizers.
· Oversee the cash management and follow the cash flow report to ensure sufficient funds for daily operations.
· Prepare and process fund transfer, loan borrowing for all branches on the banking systems, follow up with the for a smooth in payment processing.
· Support documentation as requirement from banks, tax authority and other department.

· Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
· Good at English
· Good at Excel, Words, Power Point, and other office computer skills
· 2 to 4 years of experience
