Assistant Warehouse Manager

Assist in optimizing warehouse layout and organization in order to improve workflow and efficiency.
Train new staff and make sure all team member follows safety and operational rules.
Report equipment malfunctions and schedule routine maintenance.
Implement quality control procedures to maintain high warehousing standards.
Monitoring the warehouse facility&039;s day- to- day operations, collaborate closely with the Warehouse Manager to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of goods, accurate inventory control, and a safe work environment for warehouse employees.
Keep detailed records of all warehouse activities, such as receipts, shipments, and inventory levels.
Coordinate with relevant departments (logistics, procurement, manufacturing) to meet customer demands.
Support The Finished Goods and Raw Material teams undertake frequent stock counts and resolve any differences.
Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to develop and implement operational procedures.
Assist in keeping accurate inventory records for all incoming and outgoing inventory as well as monitor inventory level.
Conduct regular safety inspections and report any issues to the Warehouse Manager.

Working conditions:
- Working hour: 08:00- 17:00 (Monday- Saturday).
- Workplace: Lot A1- 6, Tan An Hoi Ward, Cu Chi District, HCMC. (shuttle bus from Hochiminh City).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
ERP experience.
Strong analytical ability to independently comprehend inventory levels as affected by various inputs and controls.
Assertive, effective expediting skills.
Experience: 5+year experience warehouse management, preferably in an FMCG environment.
Self- disciplined to perform many assorted assignments within a manufacturing Factory.
University graduation.
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, ERP).
