As the Associate Area Sales Manager (AASM), you are responsible to ensure the successful implementation of the following in consultation with ASM:
Sell Out ( From DTR to RTL )
Maintain and improve the number of transacting outlets (Active Outlets), KOP and New sales Outlets by implementing planned activities and sell out programs from Trade Marketing
Verify, Maintain and Improve Sales Fundamentals in collaboration with ASM and SS- Space buys and visibility drive, Must Sell SKU (MSS) Compliance, RSP, Promotion Follow through, Loyalty Program recruitment KPI and gameplan.
Pushing out all planned Promotional Programs for each month/quarter by working with Sales Supervisors of the assigned areas against a pre- aligned number of stores and rop size
OffTake (RTL to Shoppers)
Contact point for PG performance and monitoring in collaboration with appointed PG Agency
Ensure allocation of PG support materials (gifts, uniform, sales kit, booth kit etc ) from Agency to store is timely and accurate.
Deploy in consultation with ASM the PG allocation by area and shop.
Getting firsthand information on the effectiveness of the Offtake programs employed in each stores.
You will collaborate and act as a crucial link between the Sales Management, Field Sales Teams and other Sales Functions (such as Trade Marketing and BOT and Logistics) throughout the process to ensure the timely and successful implementation of all planned activities and activations.
Other activities required of you in this position includes but not limited to:
Track and analyse all activities against the set KPI and sales uplifts.
Attend all Quarterly Sales Meeting and present quarterly KPI achievement against plan.
Report weekly on the progress of all programs from each assigned regions/city
Roll out each month’s promotion bulletin to all the SS and SR (in the presence of the ASM)
Qualifications & Experience Requirement
You have a good understanding of field sales and the operation of day to day sales operations and strong problem- solving and analytical skills. You have a strong drive to excel, always, within a team and as an individual. You are a talent, an achiever with brainpower and stamina to develop and drive in- depth strategic projects. Furthermore, you are a great team player, giving respect and stimulating an environment of enthusiasm by managing upwards to the ASM and Head of Sales, sideways with the Sales Supervisors and downwards with the Sales Representatives and Sales Promoters.
