Associate Brand Manager

Report to: Associate Marketing Manager
Perfetti Van Melle - one of the world&039;s largest manufacturers and distributors of confectionery and chewing gum with global brands that are being enjoyed in more than 150 countries worldwide - is seeking for a passionate and enthusiastic Associate Brand Manager
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives
• Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
• Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.
• Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.
• Managing the strategic and back bone/big budgeted brands of the company
• Preparing all marketing campaigns across mediums.
• Plan, develop, organize, implement, supervise and evaluate marketing and advertising programs to stimulate consumer demand for a specific range or group of products, to achieve volume and profitability targets
• Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate regularly with Technology, QC, Sales, Production functions on design, distribution, and product specifications/changed as needed
• Oversee market research and analysis, promotions, and advertising associated with assigned brands assesses their success against plan
• Guarantee the strong development of assigned brands including Brand Margins, Brand Awareness, Brand Reference, New Product Development, Product Innovation
• The incumbent will be responsible for developing NPDs for Ecom.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Degree in Marketing/ Business Administration
• Good Communication (both oral & written in Vietnamese & English)
• At least 5 yrs experience in brand management. Experience with E-com is a Plus
• Good Presentation
• Excellent use of PowerPoint, Excel
