Associate Business Intelligence Executive, ZaloPay (User Growth)

We are looking for a candidate to join our Marketing and Growth team as a Business Intelligence Analyst. The ideal candidate possesses strong business acumen, is keen on working with operational tasks, and comfortable with querying language for data extraction and visualization.
Data Operation (50%)

Data Documentation Support: Collaborate with teams to create comprehensive data documentation and ensure accuracy to facilitate seamless data operations
Operational Support Tasks: Provide support in tracking and operating data- related processes, improve existing dashboards, reports, and data transformation
QC Data Tracking Support: Assist in quality control processes for data tracking, ensuring data integrity and reliability.

Analytics & Insight (50%)

Develop and optimize queries and scripts to enhance data analysis efficiency
Help Seniors identify and analyze trends, patterns, and insights through retrieved data.
Work closely with User Growth team to understand business requirements and provide data- backed recommendations.
Use Excel and other visualization tool (training will be provided) to visualize data for communicating between stakeholders.
Use advanced SQL and Python, PySpark skills to extract, manipulate, and analyze, retrieve data for analysis, planning, data quality control.

Having project management experience is a plus.
Willing to work with tight deadlines and proactively engage with various stakeholders, ranging from the technical team (i.e., developers) to the business team (i.e., marketing, business development)
Good written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey information
At least 1 year of experience in various industries that requires handleling operational tasks
Proficient in Excel and SQL, PySpark with a willingness to learn other languages
Exceptionally detail- oriented, demonstrating meticulousness in data analysis and documentation
Degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Computer Sicence or related field
