Dezan Shira & Associates (DSA) is a leading foreign investment consultancy firm with many offices across Asia providing value- added services to clients from all over the world. DSA Vietnam is seeking an experienced Accounting & Finance professional to help contribute to our accounting and finance advisory services. This Senior Associate position will work with our Corporate Accounting Services team to provide expert guidance and financial services to our international clients.

Position: Associate, CAS
Working place: Da Nang City (Mon- Fri)
Job Description:
- Be supportive and helpful with other tasks assigned by Manager;
- Perform full accounting, financial works, payroll and PIT for assigned clients;
- Work and support with Banking activities;
- Maintain daily communication with clients. Answer questions and/or advise clients for basic tax and accounting compliance and effectiveness;
- Deliver assigned work with attention to detail, high quality and timely delivery;
- Provide accurate and timely financial statement and management report if required;
- Identify significant issues/risks for the clients from daily tasks;
- Prepare & review monthly, quarterly and annual tax reports including: work on Statutory audit liaison, Corporate Income Tax, Value Added Tax, Personal Income Tax, Foreign Contractor&039;s Tax, and others as per set- deadlines;
- Prepare and review advisory reports of tax issues, finance and accounting matters when required;

- Ability to work under pressure, independently and responsibly.
- Strong organizational, analytical thinking, communication and multi- tasking capabilities;
- Good command of accounting software (AMIS, FAST) and/or Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook);
- High level of teamwork, responsible and decisive;
- Must be proactive, meticulous, organized, and reliable;
- Bachelor or master&039;s degree in accounting, auditing and/or finance;
- CPA and CA certification will be an advantage;
- Excellent command of written and spoken English;
- More than 3 years&039; experience in Accounting/Tax, ideally in a consulting or service firm environment;
- Strong technical knowledge of Vietnamese accounting and tax regulations;
