As an Associate creative director, you will oversee teams in the execution of user-oriented byproducts. You may be part of the team brainstorming the client&039;s needs and often act as the liaison between related departments. You need to display talent in their craft and keep abreast of trends in various fields like digital art, advertising, and marketing. You may also need to display your skills in copywriting, storyboarding, or film editing..
How you will make a difference

Driving creative decisions using team-building feedback
Leading and participating in brainstorming sessions.
Setting creative and strategic goals for team
Keeping up with the latest trends, strategies, and technologies.
Providing hands-on feedback to employees
Meeting client objectives, values, budgets, and deadlines.
Directing the design and development of creative materials.
Supporting the Creative Director with the development of concepts, strategies, and client presentations.
Evaluating creative team performance and guiding improvements.
Ensuring brand identity and message consistency across channels.
Making sure best practices are followed on all client projects
Ensuring resources are allocated according to project needs.
Managing and supervising multiple projects and teams.

Required skills

Experience in collaboration with non creative collaborators.
Experience working directly with talent and creators to collaborate on campaigns.
A minimum of 8 years significant experience, including 5 years management experience with growing responsibility.
Good English level (reading and writing). You will work with people and present to clients from all around the world.
Experience managing a high volume of creative and campaign types in parallel.
Proven ability to create and direct high-quality campaign creative.
Proficient in Digital and Social formats.
