Associate Creative Director

Overall view of the Job: We are looking for a talented and motivated Creative Director to lead our company&039;s creative department. The successful candidate must possess excellent leadership qualities, with the ability to maximize the talents of his/her team. As the Creative Director, you will work closely with the graphic designer, video editors, production suppliers and marketing team to deliver engaging creative campaigns that touch the heart, mind, and soul of our customers. You should be extremely creative, dedicated, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
What you will do:

Be responsive and ability to work under pressure
Mentor, motivate, and supervise the creative team, coach their creatives&039; ideas and monitor their overall performance. Plus, assisting in hiring and managing freelance and full-time Copywriters, Graphic Designers, and other members of the creative team if in need
Be updated about the current trends in advertising, design, marketing techniques for self and for team
Create and implement tailored marketing plans based on leader&039;s requirements.
Work with the brand team, PR team and Social Team to produce creative campaigns for company branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications.
Manage the creative process from concept to completion
Supervise the department&039;s daily creative workflow and monitor deadlines and budgets.

Who you are:

Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives
Strong portfolio that showcases highly conceptual abilities and excellent writing skills
5+ years of relevant experience in art, graphic design, communications, advertising, at least 2 years of working in the same position (Associate Creative Director/ Art Director...)
Ability to lead projects from concept to completion. Apply best practices in user interface and interactive design, including image optimization and site mapping
Can storyboard or translate ideas to design works and develop innovative motion graphics solutions
Leadership skill, good communication and good command in English
