RESPONSIBILITIES
Our creative team is looking for an Associate Creative Director – Art, with a knack for fashion, sustainability, environmental and social justice.
This leadership role includes working closely with the Creative Director and Marketing teams, assigning teams, inspiring them to consistently produce exceptional concepts and final work.
You will be responsible for leading the day-to-day creative work, be a strategic and curious thinker able to design and deliver projects that answer to creative briefs. You will have great attention to details and take ownership in your work.
Responsibilities
Creative/Hand-on work

Take on appropriate projects and own them, start to completion
Deliver world-class, on-trend design content
Help develop and review creative briefs that provide strategic insight and creative inspiration
Lead presentations
Work with Creative Director to produce standout and strategically focused concepts and campaigns
Manage and work independently, under tight deadlines, while juggling multiple projects
Participate in client meetings
Estimate design hours

Management

Manage team workloads to maximize productivity of the design team
Assign creative member best suited for each project based on ability and workload
Work closely with marketing department to ensure that deadlines and budgets are me

REQUIREMENTS

Motivational leadership, inspiring team-player to deliver top performance work
Dynamic, creative personality effectively engaging and influencing a variety of audiences
5+ years’ agency experience – sustainable fashion background is a plus
A solid, world-class portfolio of client work, demonstrating a strong understanding of client objectives and strategies
