We’re currently growing our Product Design team to create better UI/UX across our services and we’re searching for an UX Design Leader to help in that pursuit. By constantly focusing on the users, you’ll create products that are not only amazing to look at, but also intuitive and useful to 30M+ users of MoMo.
What you will do
Develop wireframes and prototypes, conduct usability testing, and refine your ideas;
Build UX hub and coaching UX for team members;
Translate product requirements receiving from stakeholders into UX and UI requirements;
Apply a user- centered design methodology to drive improvements of user experience on MoMo’s product, especially services for mobile apps;
Advocate for design and push a user- centered design agenda within the organization.
Plan and execute research methods to gather insights and validate experiences with users. Synthesize results and provide recommendations to design stakeholders;
Hands- on delivery of concepts, personas, user journeys, storyboards, user flows, and other artifacts to document and visualize the users’ perspective;
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders by coordinating design activities, evaluating concepts, recommending, and implementing changes to products or services to lead to the final decisons;
What you will need
Demonstrated ability to design and ship multiple products with a strong portfolio of work across user experience design disciplines;
Thorough understanding of usability guidelines and technical knowledge of implementing design;
Capable of leading and mentoring other designers in the organization;
Extensive experience in research, ideation, product validation, and interaction design;
Experience in defining and implementing Design Principles.
Well- versed in design systems, typography, and style guides;
Proficient in planning and facilitating design and information gathering activities;
Skilled in working in cross- functional teams across a software development lifecycle, in an agile setting;
At least 4 years of experience in User- centered Design (UCD), design experiences for both web and mobile apps;
Excellent knowledge of design tools such as Sketch, Zeplin, and InVision;
What You Have Accomplished:
A proven track record of leading, inspiring, and building design teams;
Worked on large- scale design projects that have been successfully deployed;
Experience in hiring designers of various seniority levels;
A portfolio of design projects that demonstrate UX approach and methods used, complete with artifacts that show depth of research and how findings were used to inform design decisions.
Experience in developing and implementing processes, policies, and methods for design teams (workflows, customer engagement processes, etc.);
