Tiki Digital Services Platform team owns the frameworks and architectures of Tiki Digital Services Products on Tiki Ecommerce platform. As a new expansion of Tiki, this team strives to build the next generation of Digital Services services that ensures an exceptional customer experience and a highly scalable FS platform. The team’s road map will provide first-hand opportunity to develop a modular/open design and architecture that dynamically adapts to the fluctuating needs of Digital services (Billing, Code, Topup, Voucher, Travel...) and Payment products (BNPL, Credit, Payment gateway..)
Our team are world-class business leaders, corporate strategists, product specialists, designers and engineers. They carry the tall order of defining the field of opportunity and scope of our new venture in digital services/payment services and must wear many hats to develop the marketing, pricing, and operational structures needed to commercialize new products and businesses.
Role Description:
The Associate Manager, Key Account Sales will lead strategic and big account relationships for Digital Services product teams, and will need to identify areas of selection expansion, improvement in selection efficiency, top line growth and key projects for the subcates or partners he/she handles. In doing so, he/she will engage with multiple stakeholders across the organization including Category, Product, Sales & Business Development and Account Management teams to help big accounts thrive in sales and service on platform. He/she will drive initiatives to influence conversions, with the category teams and other cross-functional teams. He/she will be expected to represent the category in top brand/seller meetings, and internal meetings alike.
Responsibilities:

Research and Analyze market trends to develop new partnerships and new selections on Tiki platform to grow the category.
Analyze and dive deep to partners/brand business performance and provide consultants to grow their business with Tiki.
Leading big partners /brands business plan meeting and supporting delivery target for both sides on a strategic as well as tactical level.
Work with top sellers to improve strategic and operational aspects of their business in providing a great consumer experience.
Managing partner relationships by championing the partner’s needs at Tiki. Build strong communication channels at all levels of the partner’s organization, set proper expectations, provide clear status communications, and manage towards a growth plan.
Managing and driving the growth of the power seller’s base: Lead launches, builds and executes on a strategic plan that delivers on key business opportunities for the category, partners and Tiki.

Requirements:
Basic qualifications

Bachelor ‘s degree
At least 2 years of experience in Digital services, e-wallets, e-commerces... and experience in sales or account management or product management

Prefered qualifications

Experience with e-commerce, retail, advertising, or media would be an advantage
Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly. Demonstrated active listening skills, highly consultative and solutions oriented.
Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with external customer interaction, project management.
Proven analytical skills and demonstrated ability to manage the business “by the numbers”. Must be metrics driven.
Understanding of category and passion for eCommerce desired
Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
