POSITION PURPOSE
The Associate Manager will penetrate current markets and explore new ones. He or she will manage corporates and stakeholder relationships, implement engagement plans & events with key external stakeholders, and identify potential strategic partners to ensure the strategy for business growth will success.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Stakeholder engagement
• Identify, develop and maintain relationships with the key external stakeholders (corporates, businesses, schools, universities and colleges, language centres, overseas study agents and government educational entities) to contribute to enlarge potential markets for training programmes and marketing activities.
• Implement an annual engagement plan for key external stakeholders, influencers; Plan and implement annual engagement/training events for corporate partners.
• Provide high-quality follow-ups, customer care, and services to potential prospects, inquiries, BUV trainees, and other internal and external stakeholders.
Promotion activities
• Coordinate with MarCom to organise sales/marketing events to respond to inquiries.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (marketing/academic…) for organising training courses and events relating to key stakeholders, especially corporate partners and schools to ensure they meet outcome targets and expectations.
• Report the effectiveness of those activities on a timely basis
Management support
• Assist Head of TC in developing and implementing business development (BD) plans and managing operation works.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify new markets and customer needs
• Be responsible for proper process and procedure of working with corporates, schools and organisations, and consultation with customers.
Short training courses operation:
• Manage course flow, contents and reports effectively
• Provide administrative and logistical support to the Head of Training Centre in the conduct of training, workshops, events, and other TC-related activities.
Link strategy with engagement
• Explore new partnerships for student/trainee recruitment of training programmes via stakeholders & personal network
• Keep any arising needs of external stakeholder networks (corporates, schools, ministries, departments and universities…etc.) on the radar to link to strategies and engagement plans.
Database management
• Ensure engagement activities are captured in the report on a timely basis
• Generate reports on the effectiveness of engagement events and activities
• Follow the data entry guidelines and processes to ensure stakeholder information is up to date
General
• Undertake any other assignments as delegated by the line manager.
• Prepare and submit periodic reports requested by the line manager.
• Provide high-quality customer care and services to internal and external stakeholders.
