Associate Recruitment - People, SPX Express

Control HR admin tasks such as checking personal documents of staff and prepare for on- boarding
Ensure accuracy and availability of records and reports concerning all phases of recruitment and HR systems
Collaborate and work closely with stakeholders from various departments within the organisation to understand the different business functions/needs and execute the recruitment process
Leverage on creative solutions to implement other HR initiatives and projects in other areas
Manage and maintain the recruiting pipeline including determining resources status and needs, coordinating recruiting events and sourcing activities, assessing, and managing referral processes with internal stakeholders
Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to design and implement the full cycle recruitment process and bring the best talents on board
Design and implement initiatives to engage and attract both active and passive candidates
Assist the Recruitment Team as necessary and undertake other tasks and projects that may be assigned from time to time
Customise creative methods to optimise the process of sourcing, screening, and selection of ideal talents through various platforms
Collaborate with team members in various initiatives in the enhancement of performance and employer branding in various areas

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Strong attention to detail with capability to multitask and prioritise
Strong problem- solving skills and resourceful
Ability to be independent, creative, and accountable
Able to work with sensitive/confidential information and maintain/protect integrity of the Human Resources department
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or relevant majors and above with at least 2 years of relevant experience in recruitment industry, either in- house or agencies
Highly motivated, energetic, positive working attitude and a quick learner
