Your Responsibilities will include but are not limited to
Reporting to the Head of Strategy, your mission from day one will be driving the growth of one of the fastest- growing start- ups in Vietnam.
*** Strategy
• Manage market database and report library for cross- functional use.
• Conduct market research, collaborate with internal departments, business partners and clients to gather insights and formulate business growth strategies.
• Gather market intelligence and perform benchmarking to conduct quarterly market update reports.
*** PMO Office
• Assist the Head of Strategy and the CEO in overseeing and tracking the progress of key strategic projects and department KPIs.
• Be responsible for the preparation of bi- annually business review meetings.
Extract the insights and summarize key action plans.
Co- ordinate with functional leaders (Head of departments or C- levels) to prepare the agenda, content, data metrics and dashboards.
• Follow up with functional leaders to track the work progress, identify bottlenecks, provide support in problem- solving when necessary.
*** Investor relations
• Lead the preparation of quarterly Board of Directors meeting.
Document and keep control of Board meeting minutes.
Extract the insights and summarize key action plans.
Co- ordinate with functional leaders (Head of departments or C- levels) to prepare the agenda, content, data metrics and dashboards.
• Assist the Head of Strategy and CEO in Board related agenda.

• Highly proficient in written and oral communications; able to produce concise, relevant, strategically driven documents and presentations to business leaders.
• Analytical and be able to justify decisions and approaches with data.
• Proven leadership capabilities
• Be familiar with top management agenda and high- level stakeholder management.
• Able to take a complex problem and find solutions in a structured way.
• Strong data analysis skillsets
• 5+ years of working experience with relevant background in Strategy consulting, Investment Banking or Strategy department at industry companies.
