Associcate Recruitment Consultant

Job description

Screen and interview Candidates in accordance with our international standards.
Perform other tasks assigned by the manager or director
Organize interviews between Clients and Candidates.
Provide advice to both Clients and Candidates on salary, training, and career progression.
Follow up on leads for permanent recruitment provided by other staff members.
Be an active networker.
Deliver a service of high quality to Clients and Candidates.
Promote and build awareness of 40HRS capabilities in our existing Client database.

Requirements

Good at communication in English, coupled with the ability to communicate in Vietnamese
Graduates / post- graduates majoring in HR, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or other related fields.
1- 3 years experience in HR/recruitment, Sales/ customer service with a proven track record (welcome fresh graduate).
