Mô tả công việc

• Manage and account for company operations including Business Development, Project Management and After Sales Service.

• Develop business strategies and plans to create business opportunities and increase market share.

• Establish closer cooperation with our existing MNC client group in the sales area.

• Responsible for developing export markets, developing and managing regional subsidiary office business. Developing effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.

• Confident in technical sales to M&E Consultants.

• Responsible for monitoring project and service sales contracts and their implementation.

• Lead a team of technicians to perform work to customer satisfaction. Oversee installation and service.

• Prepare business related export documents, emails and materials.

• Based in Ho Chi Minh City, will have to travel to other parts of Vietnam. Opportunity to travel to HQ.

Managing and accountable for company operations including Business Development, Project Management and After- Sales Services.

Responsible for export market development, regional subsidiary office business development and management. Develop effective sales strategies for achieving sales target.

Confident to do technical sales to M&E Consultants.

Responsible to follow up both project and service sales contracts and their execution.

Lead the technician team to execute jobs to customer satisfaction. Overlook installation and service delivery.

Prepare business related paper works, emails and export related documents.

Base in HCMC City, will require to travel to other part of Vietnam. Opportunities to travel to HQ.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Ability to communicate well in English, both speaking and writing

• Priority is given to candidates who can turn problems into opportunities, think creatively and have business acumen.

• Decision making and judgment skills.

• Excellent customer service and strong interpersonal skills coupled with sincerity and honesty to maintain long term patronage from our clients.

• Proactive, independent, flexible business negotiation skills are essential to advance in this role.

• Have a Business or Engineering Degree/Certificate.

• Relevant experience in the field of Mechanical and Electrical Products Sales is preferred. Those who demonstrate good potential in performing the above job details or exhibit the required characteristics in this document will be given the opportunity.

• Priority is given to candidates with experience in CRM/ERP or other management software.

• Priority is given to candidates with sharp human resource management skills.

Able to converse well in English, both spoken and written

The candidate preferably be able to turn problems into opportunities, think out of the box and have entrepreneurial flair.

Decision- making ability and capable of exercising judgement.

Excellent customer service and strong interpersonal relationship skills coupled with sincerity and honesty to maintain long standing support from our clients.

Driven, independent, ability to flexibly negotiate business is critical for advancement in this role.

Possess Business or Engineering Degree/Diploma.

Preferably with relevant experience in Sales of M&E products. Those who demonstrate good potential in doing the above job details or exhibit the traits required herein will be given the opportunity.

Candidate preferred to have experience in CRM / ERP or other management softwares.

Candidates with a flair in management of staff will be given priority.
