Attendant, Electronic Gaming

EG Attendant direct report to EG Supervisor. Attendant duty is to ensure the daily operation are smooth and deployed Electronic Gaming is running in good condition. Promote a safe working environment and assist guest when is needed.

Assist customers with using electronic gaming devices, including slot machines and electronic table games, to ensure they have an enjoyable and seamless experience.
Provide guests with information on casino promotions and events, with the goal of driving incremental revenue and visitation.
Pay out winnings and reset machines after jackpots have been won in a timely manner to keep guests engaged and satisfied.
Assist superior with ad- hoc tasks.
Perform routine maintenance on machines, such as replacing paper or ink cartridges, to prevent downtime and maintain guest flow.
Monitor machines to ensure they are functioning properly and report any malfunctions or issues to the appropriate personnel to minimize guest frustration and maximize revenue.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for guests, ensuring a positive experience that drives repeat visitation.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to guest satisfaction, revenue, and visitation, and take proactive steps to improve these metrics. Examples of KPIs could include guest feedback scores, machine uptime, and revenue per guest.
Provide exceptional customer service to guests, including answering questions and resolving complaints, with the goal of increasing guest satisfaction.

Cantonese/ Mandarin / Korean speaking is an advantage.
Experience in customer service, preferable in a casino or gaming environment.
College, or University Degree in related field preferred, from an accredited institution, and/ or equivalent work experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong command of the English language.
Able to work in nightshift
Ability to work in fast- paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
