Automation and Innovation Engineer (Automation or Mechanic) Mascot International Viet Nam

Automation:
- Innovate and upgrade machinery and equipment to improve quality and efficiency.
- Providing service and quick troubleshooting for equipment repair and arising incidents.
- Other tasks assigned by the direct manager.
- Manage automation projects in the factory.
- Optimize production and labor processes by applying automation solutions.
- Program PLC/PC in automated machinery systems.
Mechanic:
- Accomplish concept of design with 3D CAD design software (SolidWorks, 3D NX…).
- Design concepts for automatic machinery and production lines.
- Design fixtures for production.
- Calculate and select appropriate standard components for machine design.
- Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) for new design projects.
- Design machines and mechanical modules (for automatic machinery)
- Other tasks assigned by the direct manager.

Automation:
- Good communication skills and good command of English language.
- High energy level, persistent and good team player.
- Proficiency in PLC, C++ programming, embedded programming, computer- aided control programming.
- Experience in equipment selection (Pneumatics, sensors, motion control equipment).
- Structured, analytical and with focus on details and results.
- Knowledge of Scara robot, 6- axis robot, and collaborative Cobot is a great advantage.
- Experience in automation field for more than 2 years.
- Graduated from college/university, major in automation or other related discipline.
Mechanic:
- Good communication skills and good command of English language.
- High energy level, persistent and good team player.
- Structured, analytical and with focus on details and results.
- Experience in machine design for more than 2 years.
- Experience in equipment selection (Pneumatics, sensors, motion control equipment)
- Proficiency in one of 3D CAD design software (SolidWorks, 3D NX…).
- Graduated from college/university, majoring in mechanical or other related engineering.
