Automation Engineer

What your role will be?
Collaborating with our cross functional teams, and reporting to the
Manager, Manufacturing
, you will:
• Install, test, and start- up control systems on- site.
• Develop control system validation/testing protocols.
• Train operators and plant engineers on control systems.
• Design, develop, implement, testing and documentation of PLC and HMI software.
• Develop and loop descriptions for Ansell plants, processes, and/or equipment.
• Design, configuration, integration and implementation of process control solutions for glove industries.
• Manage automation projects as assigned.
• Work with and evaluate suppliers of existing and/or new equipment to train, guide, and improve designs in accordance with specifications and processes.
• Develop software and hardware design specifications.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree Electric/Electrical/Automation controlling/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent combination of education and technical experience.
Job Experience:
· Experience in ERP D365 or SAP
· Experience in Textile/ Garments/ Glove Manufacturing is in advance
· Minimum 1- 2 years’ experiences in production/ Automation field
Knowledge and Skills
· Bradley, GE Fanuc, Siemens, or Modicon.
· Knowledge with Design software AutoCAD, Solid work. Inventor
· Knowledge with HMI/SCADA packages
· Knowledge with PLCs such as: Omron, Allen B
