To monitor and improve the WINCC SCADA system to ensure the manufacturing team can control the manufacturing process with the highest accuracy.
To monitor and improve PLC automation and controls to ensure smooth plant operations with minimum breakdowns attributable to electrical, automation, and control reasons.
To provide detailed problem analysis for engineering solutions to maintenance problems in conjunction with production management and electrical technicians.
To ensure safe working conditions are designed and standardized into any changes in working practices, new machines, and equipment

Upgrade equipment and systems:

In charge of the electrical and automation parts of Capex projects and factory improvement projects.
Programming Siemens PLC, HMI, and SCADA for the factory&039;s Automation system
Design electrical technical drawings, P&ID of automatic systems

WCM program

To apply WCM basic tools to solve problem and lead PM or FI project

Proficient in PLC, HMI, and SCADA Siemens programming
Can use AutoCAD to design dynamic electrical circuits
Bachelor degree in automation control background.
Know how to use AutoCad (2D)Have background knowledge in electrical- automation, industrial engineering, industrial management systems,...
Have professional knowledge about equipment and 4.0 technology
Have basic understanding of machinery and equipment management in the factory
Have knowledge: read and understand, design electrical technical drawings, P&ID of automatic systems
Read and understand specialized documents to use sensors, inverters, and electrical instruments in industry
