Automation Engineer - Bà Rịa Vũng Tàu (For Fresh Graduate Student)

Equipment availability

Preventive check sheet have been done and corrective record.
Execution and monitoring predictive and preventive maintenance schedule base on SAP system.
Ensure that technical documentation and historical records for all plant electrical equipment are maintained for the purposes of maintenance planning and Fault analysis etc.
Execute any re- paring, frequency calibration for all instrumentation equipment, modification or program for new equipment.
Ensure that all electrical equipment availability are met department targets & production requirements.
Assist to the shift in problem solving process to reduce down time of electrical equipment.

Materials management & Control

Assist to the line manager in the preparation of the annual electrical preventive/plan maintenance schedule and budget.
Recommend necessary stock items to the electrical chief engineer for monitoring.
Ensure that spare parts and consumables are proper using for the maintenance purpose & distribute using materials to correct cost center.
Assist to the line manager in materials management.

Fresh graduate or less than 1 year working experience (ability to perform full- time job in June 2024)
Proactive, fast learner, result- driven, focus on individual and career development.
GPA: >= 6.5/10 or 2.6/4
Majors: Automation Engineer
English: TOEIC 450 or equivalent (or pass our English test)
