Automation Engineer - Programmer

- Program PLC, HMI, User interface, Vision computer.
- Install machines in production line and training to mechanic and operators.
- Design electrical diagram and algorithm diagram to reach established targets (sequence optimized, minimize cycle time, safety for operation, ect.)
- Provide schedule and BOM (bill of material).
- Study and proposal new technology for improve process / machine.
- Provide technical advice and troubleshooting support during machine assembly or debug phase.
- Brainstoming with team to release concept for semi-auto / automactic machine to improve existing process or new process.

- Bachelor Degree in Automation, Electronic, Electric or related fields.
- 1-2 years experience in similar position.
- 1+ year Experience PLC programing (Siemen, Mitsubishi), HMI.
- Knowledge about automation process in manufacturing factory.
- Experience with one of the languages C/C++, Python, C, Labview.
- Knowledge of vision computer, deep learning, machine learning, IOT, MySQL/SQL or Solidworks is advance.
- Electronics and electric diagram.
- Skills to take new technologies.
- Skills to understand deeply how machines work.
- Proactive person, communicative, team work orientated, sense of problem solving .
- Plant local language, fluent. English language, reading documentation.
- Skill in Office User level & IDE of Programming language
