AUTOMATION ENGINEER (R&D)

Perform other tasks as requested by superiors.
Plan and implement maintenance work, periodic maintenance and replacement of electrical systems, some special automatic machines,...
Design and installation of automation systems to control machinery systems, boilers, water level control, pressure and temperature control by PLC, HMI screen programming, Scada.
Receive requests, learn about technology and prepare material estimates, design and construct hardware and program control software.
Professional reports: work progress, project implementation.
Check and troubleshoot and repair factory machinery and equipment related to automatic equipment: PLC, HMI, servo, ...
Participate and advise and propose improvement ideas to superiors to complete the project.
Manage the use of spare replacements and control supplies according to norms.

- Knowledge

Graduated from university majors: Automation, Electricity- Automation,...
Proficient in TIA Portal or Melsoft
Ability to research technical documents and design according to Vietnamese and international standards
Have knowledge and experience in using all automation equipment: PLC, HMI, Servo, Inverter, Scada, ... mechanical transmission equipment

- Skill

Have skills in exploiting software such as PLC, HMI, Scada, AutoCAD,...
Have skills in reading and understanding technical documents, exploiting information on the web platform, and proficiently using office software.

- Experience

At least 3 years of experience in automation systems and PCL programming
Know how to analyze and calculate materials, make maintenance plans, estimate materials, etc.
Have experience in boilers, or oil and gas
Technical and communication English proficiency.
