Roles & Responsibilities
Communicate and validate requirements with relevant stakeholders.
Responsible for completing the testing as per the Sprint schedule and log the defects in a timely manner
Proactively raise risks and issues to scrum master and identify the mitigation plan to overcome hurdles and meet the schedule on- time with quality
Ensure RCA for each defect is tagged appropriatel
Responsible for providing the Sprint demo after each Sprint to the relevant stakeholders
Collaborate with the Scrum team and test the developed user stories to ensure completeness
Follow all the TASConnect process and ensure no defect leakage in in- Sprint and UAT
Participating in the Scrum ceremonies and providing appropriate feedback
Create the required test execution reports and dashboards
Automate the test data required for test execution
Develop test scripts in BDD format
Develop and execute sanity and regression test scripts on regular basis or as required
Responsible for understanding the user stories and writing the test cases as per the plan
Ensure QA deliverables meet the standards and processes defined
Execute test scripts manually and automate the test script, record bugs in JIRA within the sprint schedule
Collaborate with BA and Developers to understand the requirements, review test coverage and resolve bugs
Requirements

Knowledge in Supply Chain Finance, General global banking and trade finance products would be a plus
Degree/Master’s in computer science, Business IT or other equivalent would be a plus.

Manages Ambiguity- Operates effectively even when things are not certain, or the way forward is not clear
Excellent in spoken and written English language
Technical Competencies
Agile and DevOps process
JIRA defect logging and Zephyr Scale
Hands on coding experience in developing and executing the automation test script on Selenium framework
Good understanding of programming languages like Java, SQL, HTML, C, Python, Perl, CSS, XML is a plus
