Automation QC (Python, Tester)

Security Testing: Collaborate with security teams to perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to protect against potential threats.
Automation: Design and implement automated tests using appropriate tools and frameworks to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
Performance Testing: Conduct performance and load testing to identify bottlenecks, optimize platform performance, and ensure scalability.
Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, prioritize testing efforts, and provide timely feedback.
Test Execution: Thoroughly execute test cases, analyze results, and accurately document and track defects through resolution.
Data Integrity: Develop and maintain processes to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data within the platform.
Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance quality control processes, methodologies, and tools to adapt to evolving requirements.
Test Strategy: Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts to validate the functionality, performance, and security of the Recurve platform.

Yêu cầu công việc

Experience: 3+ years of hands- on experience in quality control or software testing roles, preferably with data platforms or enterprise software.
Technical Skills:
Experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, JUnit).
Familiarity with Python and pytest
Knowledge of performance and load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Gatling).
Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies (e.g., black- box, white- box testing).
Self- Direction: Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast- paced environment.
Familiarity with SQL and data validation techniques.
Problem- Solving: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross- functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of data governance principles and practices.
Experience with cloud- based infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Exposure to generative AI technologies or machine learning concepts.
