The Automation Supervisor is responsible for leading automation initiatives, managing team performance, and ensuring continuous improvement of automation systems and technologies. This role oversees automation projects, maintains robotics systems, drives KPI achievement, and ensures compliance with quality management standards.
Automation Project Management
Lead and control automation field projects to ensure timely and effective execution.
Coordinate with appropriate contractors for automation‑related projects.
Deploy junior projects applying new technologies and energy‑saving solutions.
Implement systems, processes, and standards that enable the team to meet goals and achieve long‑term sustainable results.
Execute special projects assigned by the Board of Directors (BOD), ensuring timely and accurate completion.
Robotics System Oversight
Maintain optimal condition and performance of robotic systems.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance and maintenance plans for all robot equipment.
Monitor and optimize robotic system utilization to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
Team Leadership & Performance Management
Perform annual performance evaluations using standard assessment forms.
Conduct regular KPI/CI reviews to identify deviations and implement corrective actions.
Empower and guide team members to achieve high performance and deliver expected results.
Train, mentor, and develop Automation staff to build technical capability and career growth.
Drive team activities aligned with KPI and Continuous Improvement (CI) targets.
Assign tasks and manage daily activities of the Automation team.
Quality & ISO System Management
Contribute to the creation, revision, and improvement of QMS documents.
Ensure ISO standards and systems are effectively implemented within the department.
Participate in internal quality audits and corrective action planning.
Supervise the issuance and application of system documents to ensure compliance.
Participate in Quality Management System (QMS) training and communicate applicable requirements to department members.
Cross‑Department Collaboration
Support Kaizen activities and productivity improvement initiatives across functions.
Work closely with other departments to enhance productivity and process efficiency.
3D Printing Room Management
Ensure proper operation, resource planning, and workflow control.
Lead and manage all activities related to the 3D printing room.
* Working time: Monday- Friday: 8:00- 16:30, Saturday: 8:00- 12:00 & 1 Saturday off per month
* Shuttle bus provided from Ho Chi Minh (Hang Xanh- Thu Duc)/ Dong Nai (Bien Hoa) to Long Thanh Industrial Zone
