Automation Technician (Automation Background)

Control all maintenance activities for Hiep Phuoc Factory on electricity power supply and automation system of all machines of the paint production process such as filling line system, robotic and transfer line conveyor system. More details as below:

Assign PM tasks/ work orders to helpers and control work quality,
Control and fix all issues related to scope of work,
Lead calibration on all equipment at Hiep Phuoc factory,
Ensure that all key spare part as scope of work is available and within max/ min level,
Support the Group and Regional audits and assessment,
Plan to complete all PM (Preventive Maintenance) task within scope of work,
Other tasks as assigned by Maintenance Supervisor and Maintenance Manager.
Control and complete all maintenance activities on IFS system (The software for Maintenance Management system),

University graduate with technical background in Automation/ Electricity,
Knowledge of HMI, PLC, Inverter, Servo Motor, CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) & HSEQ (Health- Safety- Environment- Quality), TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and 5S,
Good communication and presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English,
At least 3 years of experience in the related fields/ industries and having experience with automation system in foreign- invested and production companies is preferable,
Proactive approach and result focus,
Desire to learn and ability to work under high pressure,
Quick adaptability to a dynamic, professional, and changing environment.
High responsibility, strong integrity, hardworking and positive attitude,
Good problem- solving skills,
