Main Purpose or Function of Position
• Apply predictive maintenance by the thermal camera and vibration ultrasonic
• Ensure to implement Maintenance Work order
• Ensure safety first and no quality affected for maintenance work
• Ensure high- reliability equipment by analyzing root cause, take preventive action precisely
• Make sure the automation and control system as VO standard
• Suggest solution, review maintenance task to enhance maintenance effectively
• Write standard work instruction/OPL/SOP as output cycle SDCA
• Coaching, guide Operator implement autonomous maintenance
• Prepare, review and analyze quantity spare part for maintenance work
• Focus maintenance critical equipment
Main Accountabilities
• Tracking and complete analysis 5Why 100% on quality
• Do predictive maintenance by using thermal cameras and SDT ultrasonic
• Write and update SWI, OPL, SOP as output problem solving and cycle SDCA
• Analyzing the spare parts to review min/max. Preparing spare parts for A/B equipment. Tracking external repair on time. Recommend to buy special part
• Automation and control have wire- draw onsite and soft file, have work order maintain, SWI backup.
• Engineering support: Do as request from line manager
• Assessment critical equipment, focus maintenance category A/B equipment prepare : spare parts, SWI, tool, calibration, preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, clean- inspection and lubrication.
• Backup fully, do calibration as plan, tracking and update C&A alarm monitoring at the workplace
• Support and coaching Operator to implement autonomous maintenance
• Report weekly from SAP
• Make risk assessment, checklist, SAM, LOTO, PPE and work permit for maintenance work and contractor as regulation
• Report result of measurement and find opportunity saving dollar
• Join to build and update RCM continuously, make OWD RCM, SWI, SOP to eliminate task list unnecessarily
• Update PI daily in team room, update status WO at maintenance board at the work place
• Complete work order as planned, input corrective work, and breakdown with right failure code to SAP enough
+ Recommend technical improvement for efficiency equipment operation
+ Co- ordinating and support other members in the team
+ Take part and set up parameters for new product development
+ Contribute improvement solution, automation procedure to assure equipment and machine operate effectively, quality and save cost.
