Automation Test Leader (Java)

Research for new tools and testing approaches to continuously increase product quality
Review and provide necessary trainings to junior teammates
Develop or enhance test automation frameworks for more productivity and stability
Work closely with manual team to finalize and understand test cases for test automation
Support manual test team to perform testing activities in project in case of need
Analyze and report test results to stakeholders
Develop and execute test scripts for automation test cases

Yêu cầu công việc

Experience in API test automation with Postman or other tools is a plus
Experience in leading a team of 4~5 members
Great interest in testing, open minded and able to self- motivated
Experience in working in cross functional or agile teams
Good critical thinking and problem solving skills
Proven experience in test auto frameworks: Selenium, Appium, Playwright or any others
Good English communication and documentation skills
Strong programming skills in one of programming languages like Java, JS, Python…
From 5+ years of experience in test automation
ISTQB or equivalent testing certificate is a plus

Hybrid working: 2 days at the office and 3 days WFH
Working hour: Flexible start 8AM- 9AM from Mon- Fri
